Okay, so I know this post is a little late...but oh well. Better late than never. :) So this past week has been a good one! It was my first week at Morgan Jewelers and I love it. My co-workers are amazing, I am working full time, and it is close by. There is definitely a lotttttt of information I have to learn and know, but it comes with time....but I can already tell I have learned a lot and it will keep on coming. It is a bit frustrating not knowing everything and not being able to answer all of the questions that people have though...grr. I like to be a know-it-all! What have we been up to lately?? Well David is still working all the time too...4pm-12am. M-F. Rough, although he got to come home early on friday and didn't have to work on the 4th, so he had a nice long weekend! We went to a furniture store this week...and we put money down on some couches and a bed! YES! We are so excited. :) We should be hearing pretty soon about the townhome we want...fingers crossed on that one!
Here is our beautiful couch! It also comes with a love seat! I am way too excited to buy pillows for them...and throw blankets because I am prettymuch always cold :) Winter here will be interesting.
What else....hmm. Well Friday night we hung out at Jenny & Kenny's with Matt & Sam and some friends as well. We ate pizza, hung out, and watched fireworks from the porch and it was a great time! Poor little Daisy (one of their doggies) was so scared of the fireworks! She was all shaky and had a wittle accident..whoops! Here's Riley and her cute little outfit. She didn't want to do her photoshoot. These are my favorite.

We had a BBQ with Matt & Sam & Riley. We played croquet and it is actually hecka fun! I never would have thought. Poor Sam...always behind the bunch. We played two games, the first time Matt won, and the second time I won! It was so hot outside too, yuck! Then we lit off some old fireworks and sparklers, it was great. We had some groundflowers? I don't know what they are called! But the neighbor came and gave us some that blow up at the end, and they make me jump every single time! David makes fun of me! ha After that Dave and I went to the park and watched fireworks while we were on the swings. Aren't we just darling...haha Well, Thursday I am getting my dress altered, I am so excited! Not so excited about the drive there...2.5 hours. But I guess it has to be done! I think that's all, besides the fact that we love you all! <3 D & B
